Bgmp police officers have arrested two suspects. The women are believed to be Hispanic and in the suspect, who is identified as a black woman, is being questioned and brought to the police station. The officers decide that the girls are likely to be arrested and that they may or may not have enough money to avoid prosecution for shoplifting, including having the police hand them away.
